Shipping
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Do you ship Internationally?
Most of our products are able to be shipped internationally. If you do not live in the US and would like a shipping quote, please contact us and we will prepare a custom quote for you. Please note that any additional import/export taxes and/or customs taxes will be at the expense of the customer (including Canada).

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico?
Most of our products are able to be shipped to HI, AK, and PR, owever, there are certain restrictions on some larger products that will require an additional shipping charge post purchase. Please send us an email at cs@CLIACheck.com to check on your shipping rate to these states.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers UPS, FedEx, USPS. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Can I return my product?

Can I get my product personalized?
It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there or contact us at 866-750-9951.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. All of our products are guaranteed to come with the manufacturer warranty.
What if I want a product you don't have?

Do you accept insurance, medicare/medical?
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to accept insurance as a form of payment. However, if your insurance provider provides reimbursement options please let us know if we may assist with any official quotes or pricing.
